서비스 약관

한글마루는 뉴송한글학교가 학사 운영을 위해 운영하는 내부 서비스입니다. 영리 목적으로 제공되는 상업 서비스가 아니며, 학교가 초대한 교직원과 학부모만 이용할 수 있습니다.
1. 이용 대상
- 학교가 발급한 초대 코드를 받은 교직원
- 학교가 등록한 재학생의 보호자
계정은 개인에게 발급되며 다른 사람과 공유할 수 없습니다.
2. 이용자의 책임
- 학생과 보호자의 정보는 수업과 학사 운영 목적으로만 사용합니다
- 화면에서 본 학생 정보를 학교 밖으로 내보내거나 제3자에게 전달하지 않습니다
- 계정 비밀번호를 안전하게 관리하고, 다른 사람과 공유하지 않습니다
- 담당하지 않는 반의 정보에 접근하려 시도하지 않습니다
- AI 채팅에 학생의 이름·생년월일·연락처 등 개인정보를 입력하지 않습니다
3. AI 기능에 대하여
한글마루의 AI 기능은 수업 준비를 돕기 위한 보조 도구입니다. AI가 만든 내용은 사실과 다르거나 부정확할 수 있으므로, 수업이나 학부모 안내에 사용하기 전에 반드시 교사가 확인해야 합니다.
AI 채팅의 대화 내용은 저장되며 학교 관리자가 사용량 확인과 검토 목적으로 조회할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
4. 구글 드라이브 연동
학교 관리자가 자신의 구글 계정으로 드라이브를 연동하면, 학교가 지정한 공유 폴더의 자료를 한글마루 안에서 보고 관리할 수 있습니다. 연동은 언제든 해제할 수 있으며, 해제하면 관련 기능이 즉시 중단됩니다.
5. 서비스 제공에 관하여
한글마루는 학교가 자체적으로 운영하는 도구로, 서비스 중단이나 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다. 학교는 안정적인 운영을 위해 노력하지만 무중단을 보장하지는 않습니다. 중요한 자료는 구글 드라이브 등에 별도로 보관해 주시기 바랍니다.
6. 계정 정지
위 책임 사항을 지키지 않거나 학생·보호자 정보를 부적절하게 다룬 경우, 학교는 계정을 정지하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 교직원이 학교를 떠나면 계정은 비활성화됩니다.
7. 변경 안내
이 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 학교를 통해 안내합니다.

Effective August 27, 2026 · Hangeul Maru (New Song Korean School)
1. About this service
Hangeul Maru is an internal tool operated by New Song Korean School for running its Korean language program. It is not a commercial service. Only staff and parents invited by the school may use it.
2. Who may use it
- Staff who have received an invitation code from the school
- Parents and guardians of enrolled students
Accounts are issued to individuals and may not be shared.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use student and guardian information only for teaching and school operations
- Do not take student information outside the school or share it with third parties
- Keep your password secure and do not share your account
- Do not attempt to access information for classes you are not assigned to
- Do not type student personal information into the AI chat
4. About the AI features
The AI features are an aid for lesson preparation. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incorrect and must be reviewed by a teacher before being used in class or sent to parents. AI chat conversations are stored and may be reviewed by school administrators; see the Privacy Policy.
5. Google Drive integration
A school administrator connects a Google account so that the school’s designated shared folders can be viewed and managed inside the app. The connection can be removed at any time, which immediately stops the related features.
6. Availability
This is a tool the school runs itself. Outages and errors are possible. The school makes a reasonable effort to keep it running but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Please keep important materials backed up elsewhere, such as in Google Drive.
7. Suspension
The school may suspend or remove an account that does not follow these terms or that handles student and guardian information inappropriately. Staff accounts are deactivated when someone leaves the school.
8. Changes
If these terms change, we will update the effective date on this page and notify the school community of significant changes.
